as of today...

My Goals: I would like to lose 3 pounds a week if possible.  (that is a baby step, short term goal)

I would love to lose my fat around my stomach, thighs and buttocks.  Getting slimmer would be great!!  Getting more energy would be nice too.  I am not sure what actually weight I want to be, I just want to lose this fat..

I would like to exercise four times a week....  Since I work nights I have to find a time to just get my shoes on and put that DVD in and push PLAY!!

I know, (I would like to) is unacceptable but hey this is all new to me..

 I would love to show off my new body...  to my family....

 I would like to be able to do more things with my son.....
