I went to visit my coach Stephanie today, I bought Hip Hop Abs.. We had a very nice visit.. so nice to actually sit down and chat with someone..
I got home and put in the 10 minute trainer DVD.. I did the fast dance part..which was fun.. Then I did the 10 minute workout.. I had to stop every three minutes.... Then push play again... I did it twice.. on and off. Then I took out the Hip, Thigh and Butt DVD... Now I am working on getting thru that one, I had to stop it and rest for a min or two.. My Legs are hurting, but I can not feel nothing yet on my core.. (too much fat in the way! LOL)
This is the first day... I don't know if i am doing the moves correctly, but I am sure having fun!!
